In order to provide our services, we gather non-public personal information as part of applications, as well as risk profile and investment objective quesionnaires. We do not provide any information to nonaffiliated third parties, except where required by law.
We limit employee access to information only to those who have a business or professional reason for knowing, and only to nonaffiliated parties as permitted or required by law.
We will maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that meet federal and/or state standards to guard client nonpublic personal information.
We do not provide client information to mailing list vendors or solicitors.
We maintain personally identifiable information about our clients during the time they are clients, and for the required time thereafter that such records are required to be maintained by federal and state securities laws, and consistent with the CFP Board Code of Ethics and Professional Responsibility. After this required period of record retention, all such information is destroyed.
As we conduct our business it is necessary to print reports from electronic data and for the purpose of review and research. At the completion of any process utilizing such reports, we shred all confidential information.
